Our tours and services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. By making a booking you confirm that you and all members of your party are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to refuse bookings or remove participants who do not meet this requirement, without refund.
All guests are expected to respect the naturist philosophy — body acceptance, mutual respect and responsible behaviour. Any conduct that is disrespectful, threatening, or in breach of the naturist code of conduct will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking. We will send written confirmation to the email address provided.
Joxilox acts as an organiser and facilitator. Some accommodation and excursion providers are third parties. Their own terms and conditions may also apply.
We understand that plans change. The following cancellation policy applies unless different terms are specified at the time of booking:
Cancellations must be received in writing by email to tours@joxilox.com. The date of receipt of the written cancellation will determine which policy applies.
Joxilox reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, venue availability or force majeure events. We will always endeavour to provide a suitable alternative.
If we cancel a tour entirely, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative tour of equal or greater value. Joxilox is not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation on our part (e.g. flights, accommodation booked independently).

Some of our tours involve outdoor activities, game drives and uneven terrain. You are responsible for assessing your own fitness and suitability for the activities included in your chosen tour. Joxilox is not liable for injuries or illness arising from participation in tour activities.
Please inform us before booking of any medical condition that may affect your participation or require special arrangements.
Photography and videography are subject to strict rules at all naturist venues. No photographs or video recordings of other guests or venue facilities may be taken without the explicit consent of all persons involved and the venue management. Breach of this rule will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
Joxilox may photograph tour activities for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour you consent to being photographed, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise in writing before the tour.
